CLASS SCHEDULE

CLASSES

CrossFit

This is our main class with small groups instructed by a certified coach. The workout lasts under an hour and includes a structured warm up, workout and Cool Down. These classes are designed for all levels.

Skill Class

This class is available on Saturdays and is designed to work on various skills needed for the daily workouts. The class is either Gymnastic based skills or Olympic lifting skills. This class is designed for all levels.

Mobility

This class is offered on Friday nights and is designed to help with Muscle recovery. We teach different techniques needed to help the body recover from workouts and prevent injuries.
